Baccalieu ... a Niagara 35 Classic

The interior is clean and light, with plentiful ventilation and beautiful woodwork in excellent condition.

Four opening hatches alongside numerous portlights throughout the boat allow for plenty of light and breeze below decks. Portable 8000 BTU Air Conditioner  included.

Entering the companionway, quarterberths are located aft to port and starboard, one single and the other a double. A large hatch below the companionway reveals excellent access to the engine. Just forward of the starboard quarterberth is a navigation station.

The head is located forward to starboard, with convenient access from both aft and from the salon.

Moving forward through the walk-through galley, the stove and refrigeration are to port with the sink, storage, and additional prep space to starboard.

Four opening portlights and a hatch in the salon offer abundant light while mirroring settees provide ample seating for dining or entertaining. The drop-leaf table can be opened to either or both sides, with deep storage in the center. The starboard settee pulls out to provide an additional full-sized berth.

The forward cabin is a private v-berth with generous storage.
